A Women's Initiative

Meliaura is a women's enterprise having its manufacturing facility located in Interior UP. Here over 80% of the workforce are women. Most of the female employees in factory are mainly from backward villages and are uneducated. These women are coming from rural area of UP. Working at the factory provides these women with much needed self-confidence and financial independence. Meliaura is committed to empowerment of women. When we empower a woman, we are empowering a family, and thereby society.
